The best way to help an injury is to prevent an injury.
Injuries are common among everyone. However, there are things you can do to help prevent getting them. A 2014 study from the National Library of Medicine (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25121012/) suggested that vibration therapy and massage (both of which are part of percussive therapy) are equally effective methods to prevent delayed onset muscle soreness. This means you're less likely to feel muscle pain or tightness 24 to 72 hours after an intense workout, ensuring you can workout again within this time period, with a reduced risk of injury due to tight or sore muscles.
