How the RePro can help with Arthritis.
NOVEMBER 15, 2020
“As a sufferer of Arthritis, I invested in the RePro to help with my blood circulation as this is a problem I deal with and I heard percussive therapy was great to improve this. I use the RePro in my daily routine to increase blood flow and oxygen to my muscles when necessary. This has massively helped to reduce pain for me, particularly in my shoulders and upper arms.” - Dan
Mainly, percussive massage therapy can help decrease tension, swelling and improve joint mobility. Therefore, no matter where you suffer from arthritis, whether it is your shoulders, arms or hands, the RePro includes a set of custom attachments that have been engineered specifically to target these areas of the body and many others.
Here’s what you need to know about using the RePro to help arthritis:
When feeling stiffness in certain areas of your body, we advise you brush the RePro up and down the muscle, at whichever power-level feels comfortable. The RePro uses up to 40 strokes per second, targeting 15mm deep into your muscles, to release your tension.
We recommend the ‘Ball’ attachment for overall use on larger body parts & the ‘Pointed’ attachment for acupuncture points and between muscle groups.
